Cross-Connection Control and Backflow Prevention

The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) states the following:

“To protect public health, our Cross-Connection Control (CCC) and Backflow Prevention Program is committed to helping you protect your drinking water system from potential contamination.”

Allied Flow Specialists recognized backflow prevention assembly testers service the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and neighboring cities.  In compliance with your city’s water supply, these devices are required to be tested and certified annually. The backflow certification(s) take approximately 30 minutes to an hour.  It does require your water to be turned off for a short period of time.

The certification includes testing the backflow device, completing and submitting (to the water purveyor) the test report along with any mandatory fees.
